The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified proponents to create a mural on the exterior wall at the entrance to Seksik Early Care and Learning Centre. Located at 321 Princess Avenue in Vancouver, the design will reflect the spirit of community, playfulness, and creativity. The mural will add visual interest to the day-care centre by producing an environment that stimulates imagination for the children and the caregivers, and by doing so, aims to enhance the sense of safety and adventure.
