Robin

It takes a strong person to battle addiction, and that’s what Robin is doing. The 49-year-old once worked in the trades, but lost everything because of drugs. In his darkest moments, he imagined he would never hold down another job. But Robin is fighting back and today he is enrolled in a methadone program. An amateur painter and drawer, the creative side of Robin also comes out in the motorized bikes he designs and makes from spare parts. He hopes to start a motorized bike business as well as offer power washing services for neighbourhood storefronts.
